Must be able to run and operate a full 4 man crew. Should manage time wisely and be sufficient and efficient with the daily job tasks. Must know the importance of safety as well as maintaining a safe jobsite. Must comprehend and have the capability to fill out and present all required safety paperwork on the jobsite, including tower logins and able to follow any tower access procedures. Needs to have excellent leadership skills and show responsibility for the whole crew. Will have to be in charge of equipment and vehicle such as maintenance and personnel inspections. Should also be familiar with procedures of the build during construction and post construction. Must be able to familiarize themselves with all the different equipment and technologies that are handled on a day to day basis. This includes installing and removing equipment on the ground and tower top. Must know how to distinguish technology issues and capability of reading alarm reports for the site and how to troubleshoot possible issues. Must be capable and fully understanding the submittal and closeout process before construction starts and once construction is finished. Overall must be able to maintain excellent communication skills with all superior, including managers, tower owners, landlords, other crew members and the supplying customer.
